Dissertation: Value co-creation and customer involvement in product development.
Empirical research on how customers become co-producers of value — not just recipients of finished products. The findings informed the product playbook I’ve run at Yodlee, Payrix, and Canary: customer involvement isn’t a GTM activity; it’s a design input that shapes roadmap sequencing, pricing surface, and the kind of feedback loops a platform needs to survive.
MBA, General Management
2014
Completed while running Global Core Payments at PayPal. General-management grounding in strategy, finance, and org design — the toolkit that made the later move from engineering leadership into P&L ownership a real shift rather than a title change.
The undergraduate foundation. Physics taught first-principles reasoning — the habit of decomposing a system until the answer becomes unavoidable. It’s the habit I still apply to architecture reads, reconciliation problems, and product sequencing calls.
